Program Fee
Our fee varies depending on time of year and number of students in your group. The fee includes all instruction, supplies, lodging, and three meals per day. Fees do not include transportation, snack bar or souvenir shop. Click for Fees.

Reservations
Print out a copy of our Reservation Form, or call 1-800-995-4769 to request a form by mail. Your space on our schedule will be confirmed when we receive your completed reservation form and deposit. Once the deposit and reservation have been received a contract of confirmation and teacher's guide will be sent to you.

Deposit and Payment Plan
Deposit required with reservation form: $10.00 per student ($400 minimum). Fifty percent balance due September 1 for Fall schools and February 1 for Spring schools. Final Balance due upon arrival. Let us know if you need a special payment plan.

Scholarships
Participating school systems pass on the cost of this program, in part or in full, to the parents. Our experience has shown that parents are more than willing to accept this cost as they realize Nature's Classroom is an important supplement to their child's education. For every 15 paying students, one scholarship is available for a student in financial need. To receive a scholarship, students must meet the household income limitations to qualify for free or reduced lunch with the National School Lunch Program.

Fund Raising
Many of our schools sponsor fund raising activities to pay for part or all of their Nature's Classroom experience. Nature's Classroom can provide suggestions of fundraisers and companies to contact to help your students pay for their trip. We suggest that you encourage students to pay for their trip themselves, regardless of financial need. It has been our experience that students feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
